Full protective enclosure
A defined cutting zone supports a coordinated guarding and access arrangement for industrial use.
A defined cutting zone for demanding production.
FY-LCM01-C combines a full machine cover with an industrial sheet-cutting platform. Coordinate the enclosure, viewing arrangements, extraction and table handling around your production cell. Higher-power configurations require a matched protective and utility package.

A defined cutting zone supports a coordinated guarding and access arrangement for industrial use.
Combine the cover with suitable extraction to manage cutting fumes and dust at the source.
Review the exchange table, protective doors and maintenance space with the final machine layout.
Door interlocks, observation-window protection and destination compliance are specified for the ordered configuration. Automatic doors are not assumed to be standard.
These are configuration references, not one universal specification. Laser power, bed size, components and utilities must be matched in the final proposal. Exact speed, accuracy, weight and shipping dimensions are confirmed for the selected machine.

Cutting thickness depends on laser power, material grade, assist gas, cutting speed and required edge quality. Contact FYXFER for a recommended configuration.
Suitability is reviewed for the exact alloy, coating and thickness. Reflective metals require a compatible laser source and cutting process.

Send a drawing or sample requirement to define the edge quality, hole size and production rate you need.

Choose the source around the material, thickness, reflective-metal requirements and production target. Brand and power are specified together.

The focusing head and height control are matched to laser power, assist gas and the intended cutting process.

A CNC control package coordinates the cutting path, motion and process settings. Confirm software and controller compatibility in the proposal.

The servo drive, guides, rack and reducer work as one motion system. Their selection follows the bed size and required positioning performance.
Chiller capacity, electrical cabinet and connected load are matched to the chosen laser source and destination power supply.
Gas type, purity, pressure, filtration and flow are defined from the material and edge-quality target.

A welded bed supports the sheet and moving gantry. Slat layout, extraction and access are coordinated with loading and maintenance.

Optional items are quoted separately after engineering review. They are not all included as standard equipment.
Review loading space, table transfer and extraction layout for an optional exchange-table configuration.
Size the extraction system for the cutting process, enclosure layout and site installation.
Compressor, dryer and filters can be specified for a suitable compressed-air cutting process.
Review the local voltage, frequency and supply stability before selecting auxiliary electrical equipment.
Select a different bed size or source power after reviewing sheet dimensions, thickness and output.
Compare the same material, part drawing and acceptance requirements before comparing prices. Two fully enclosed laser cutters with the same stated laser power may have different working areas, component packages, loading arrangements and installation requirements. For FY-LCM01-C, use the written quotation to identify the equipment included and the options priced separately.
| Compare | What to specify or request |
|---|---|
| Material and finished part | Material grade, coating, usual and maximum thickness, drawing, critical dimensions and required edge finish. |
| Cutting package | Laser source and power, cutting head, controller and assist-gas arrangement for the proposed material and process. |
| Sheet handling | Usable cutting area, loading method, exchange-table arrangement and space for loading, unloading and maintenance. |
| Enclosure and extraction | Door and viewing arrangements, access controls, extraction equipment and the workshop interfaces included in the supply scope. |
| Utilities and installation | Required electrical supply and connected load, cooling, gas or air preparation, installation work and items supplied by the buyer. |
| Acceptance and support | Agreed sample-cut checks, production-cycle measurement, documentation, training and service scope. |
FY-LCM01-C reference configurations include full-cover, exchange-table and exhaust-system arrangements. Confirm the exact layout and included equipment in the project quotation. A configuration photograph illustrates a machine arrangement; the quotation defines the equipment being supplied.

Stainless-steel panels, fittings and furniture components.
Define the machine around the actual material, loading arrangement, utilities and production target.
Discuss installation guidance, operator training and remote technical support as part of the supply scope.
Confirm consumables, maintenance requirements and spare-parts support for the selected component package.
Review packing, destination and EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms in the project quotation.
Specify guarding and destination compliance requirements before ordering. Certification is confirmed for the supplied configuration.

Download Configuration ChecklistAn open machine prioritizes direct sheet access. A fully enclosed design defines a protected cutting zone and coordinates doors, viewing arrangements and extraction. The correct choice depends on the process and site requirements.
Local FY-LCM01-C configurations include full-cover and exchange-table arrangements. The exact table layout and included equipment must be stated in the quotation; do not assume every configuration is identical.
Destination compliance and documentation must be confirmed for the ordered machine. A full enclosure alone is not evidence of certification. Tell FYXFER your destination and required conformity documents.
These are not assumed to be standard. Tell us which functions you need so compatibility, machine layout and supply availability can be assessed separately.
That depends on the cutting gas and pneumatic equipment. For compressed-air cutting, compressor capacity, drying and filtration must match the process. Nitrogen or oxygen cutting has different supply requirements.
Agree a trial using the material grade, thickness and part drawing that represent your production. Define the acceptance criteria before the trial, then review:
Confirm whether the trial uses the proposed machine configuration or a reference setup, and document any differences before accepting the result. Trial conditions and acceptance limits are agreed for the project; they are not universal FY-LCM01-C performance guarantees.
Estimate output from the complete production cycle for a representative sheet or batch. Include loading, positioning, piercing, cutting, any table transfer, unloading and required finishing. State which operations can overlap in the proposed layout. Compare quotations using the same drawing, material, thickness and finished-part requirements; laser power or maximum travel speed alone does not define parts per shift.
Share your material, thickness, sheet size and daily output. We will review the cutting process and recommend a machine configuration.
