Welding
For metal fabrication jobs such as sheet-metal assemblies, cabinets, enclosures and workshop components. Start with the alloy, joint type, fit-up, material thickness and acceptance requirements.
A handheld fiber laser platform for metal welding, surface cleaning and manual cutting. Compare the documented 1500 W, 2000 W and 3000 W configurations around your material, joint and workshop supply, then confirm the head, wire feeder and accessory package.

For metal fabrication jobs such as sheet-metal assemblies, cabinets, enclosures and workshop components. Start with the alloy, joint type, fit-up, material thickness and acceptance requirements.
For suitable metal surface preparation and residue-removal tasks using the matched cleaning head and lens. Assess a sample first: coating type, substrate sensitivity, focus and scan settings affect the result.
For appropriate handheld cutting tasks with the cutting configuration. If you need repeated profiles, nesting or programmed sheet processing, compare a CNC cutting machine.
Some supplied documents call the platform “4-in-1” by listing weld-seam cleaning separately. This page uses three main processes: welding, cleaning and cutting. Modes are changed using the matching setup; they are not simultaneous operations.
Use the documented options below to prepare your configuration request. Confirm working reach and material-specific welding results for the ordered unit.
| Model | FY-WCC01 |
|---|---|
| Primary functions | Laser welding, cleaning and handheld cutting |
| Documented laser power options | 1500 W / 2000 W / 3000 W; confirm the current laser-source configuration |
| Laser wavelength | 1080 ± 1 nm, listed in the supplied specification and manual |
| Operating mode | Continuous or modulated |
| Welding scan width | 0–6 mm, as listed in the operating manual; this is not the cleaning coverage width |
| Cooling | Water chiller shown in the supplied equipment layout; coolant must follow the matched manual |
| Electrical version | The sales sheet lists AC 220 V ±10% for 1500/2000 W and AC 380 V for 3000 W. Confirm phase, frequency, input demand, protection and the nameplate of the ordered unit. |
| Handheld cable and work reach | Confirm the required cable length, reach and permitted routing for your workshop |
| Heads, wire feeder and accessories | Specify the process heads/lenses, feeder, nozzles, protective windows, cables and consumables in the quotation |
| Weld thickness and production speed | Confirm through a representative material and joint test. Laser output power alone does not establish penetration, weld acceptance or cycle time. |

The operating manual lists carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper among its application materials. Suitability depends on the alloy, surface condition, joint and laser-source/head configuration. Request a sample assessment for reflective metals, coated parts or acceptance-critical welds.
Provide a representative part, thickness, joint drawing, gap, finish and target weld criteria. Ask the test record to identify laser power, process speed, shielding gas, wire type/diameter, joint preparation and whether any penetration or strength test was performed.
Use the same material, thickness, joint preparation and acceptance criteria when comparing sample results across power options.
Plan trained operation, a controlled work zone, suitable beam containment, fume extraction and eye/skin protection matched to the actual system. Confirm the final machine classification, interlocks and destination requirements before installation.
The product photographs show equipment; they are not an installation design or a substitute for the matched operating manual.
Price, stock, dispatch, warranty and spare-parts terms are confirmed against the final configuration and quotation.
