Large working area
Custom bed dimensions accommodate the sheet formats and parts used in your production.
More room for the sheet. More freedom to load.
FY-LCM01-G uses an open gantry layout for large-format metal fabrication. The long bed and accessible working zone support practical sheet handling. Specify the cutting area, loading route and production requirement together.

Custom bed dimensions accommodate the sheet formats and parts used in your production.
An open structure allows the loading method and surrounding handling equipment to be planned together.
Review source power, gas supply and extraction against the materials and daily workload.
These are configuration references, not one universal specification. Laser power, bed size, components and utilities must be matched in the final proposal. Exact speed, accuracy, weight and shipping dimensions are confirmed for the selected machine.

Cutting thickness depends on laser power, material grade, assist gas, cutting speed and required edge quality. Contact FYXFER for a recommended configuration.
Suitability is reviewed for the exact alloy, coating and thickness. Reflective metals require a compatible laser source and cutting process.

Send a drawing or sample requirement to define the edge quality, hole size and production rate you need.

Choose the source around the material, thickness, reflective-metal requirements and production target. Brand and power are specified together.

The focusing head and height control are matched to laser power, assist gas and the intended cutting process.

A CNC control package coordinates the cutting path, motion and process settings. Confirm software and controller compatibility in the proposal.

The servo drive, guides, rack and reducer work as one motion system. Their selection follows the bed size and required positioning performance.

Chiller capacity, electrical cabinet and connected load are matched to the chosen laser source and destination power supply.

Gas type, purity, pressure, filtration and flow are defined from the material and edge-quality target.

A welded bed supports the sheet and moving gantry. Slat layout, extraction and access are coordinated with loading and maintenance.
Optional items are quoted separately after engineering review. They are not all included as standard equipment.
Review loading space, table transfer and extraction layout for an optional exchange-table configuration.
Size the extraction system for the cutting process, enclosure layout and site installation.
Compressor, dryer and filters can be specified for a suitable compressed-air cutting process.
Review the local voltage, frequency and supply stability before selecting auxiliary electrical equipment.
Select a different bed size or source power after reviewing sheet dimensions, thickness and output.
Discuss guarding, access doors, viewing arrangements and extraction as one engineered configuration.

Large-format plate components for equipment and metal structures.

Profiles, brackets and nested sheet components for everyday fabrication.

Process-reviewed production of metal parts from flat sheet.
Define the machine around the actual material, loading arrangement, utilities and production target.
Discuss installation guidance, operator training and remote technical support as part of the supply scope.
Confirm consumables, maintenance requirements and spare-parts support for the selected component package.
Review packing, destination and EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms in the project quotation.
Specify guarding and destination compliance requirements before ordering. Certification is confirmed for the supplied configuration.

Download Configuration ChecklistUse your standard sheet size, largest part and loading method as the starting point. A documented FY-LCM01-G configuration has a 2000 × 6000 mm working area; other bed dimensions require review.
Higher power is reviewed as a complete configuration, including head, cooling, gas, extraction and protective measures. The reference configuration is 3 kW; request a proposal for your material range.
The open structure provides access around the bed. The final loading route, lifting equipment and exclusion area depend on your sheet weight and workshop layout.
These gases are possible process choices. Selection depends on the material, edge requirements, source power and gas preparation; required pressure, purity and flow are specified separately.
The gantry model documentation lists an exchange table as optional. Confirm its dimensions, loading sequence and installation footprint in the quotation.
