Sheet-metal fabrication
Compare a handheld system for accessible joints on enclosures, cabinets and fabricated assemblies. Send the alloy, thickness, fit-up and required finish.
Choose a laser welding system around the material, joint geometry, part access and required weld result. FY-WCC01 combines handheld welding, cleaning and manual cutting in one configurable fiber laser platform.

Compare a handheld system for accessible joints on enclosures, cabinets and fabricated assemblies. Send the alloy, thickness, fit-up and required finish.
Consider FY-WCC01 when welding is the primary process and suitable cleaning or manual cutting tasks are also required. Confirm the head/lens changes and accessory package.
For repetitive fixtures or automation, send the part drawing, cycle-time target and access constraints. Do not assume the handheld configuration includes robotic or automated motion.

Documented power options: 1500 W, 2000 W and 3000 W. Water-cooled configuration, handheld processing head and version-dependent wire-feed/accessory package.
Some documents list weld-seam cleaning separately and use “4-in-1”. We group the platform by its three primary processes.
Material thickness, working reach and electrical supply must match the final unit and application test.
FY-WCC01 is selected around joints, surface tasks and handheld work. A CNC cutting system is selected around programmed profiles, effective cutting area, plate handling and repeat production. Its manual cutting function should not be confused with a CNC sheet-cutting table.
