Targeted protective panels
Review panel positions to help contain sparks while maintaining the required loading access.
Protective layout, with practical access.
A semi-enclosed arrangement can combine local protective panels with accessible sheet handling. FYXFER reviews the enclosure, extraction and loading requirements as a project configuration within the FY-LCM01 family. Final design and availability require engineering confirmation.

Review panel positions to help contain sparks while maintaining the required loading access.
Plan operator access, sheet handling and service access around the partial enclosure.
Compare guarding, extraction and installation costs with an open or fully enclosed alternative.
Partial panels do not create a fully enclosed laser-safe system. The final risk assessment, guarding and extraction arrangements must address the complete installation.
These are configuration references, not one universal specification. Laser power, bed size, components and utilities must be matched in the final proposal. Exact speed, accuracy, weight and shipping dimensions are confirmed for the selected machine.

Cutting thickness depends on laser power, material grade, assist gas, cutting speed and required edge quality. Contact FYXFER for a recommended configuration.
Suitability is reviewed for the exact alloy, coating and thickness. Reflective metals require a compatible laser source and cutting process.

Send a drawing or sample requirement to define the edge quality, hole size and production rate you need.
Get a QuotePhotographs show available platform components and configuration examples. The final component list is specified in your quotation.

Choose the source around the material, thickness, reflective-metal requirements and production target. Brand and power are specified together.

The focusing head and height control are matched to laser power, assist gas and the intended cutting process.

A CNC control package coordinates the cutting path, motion and process settings. Confirm software and controller compatibility in the proposal.

The servo drive, guides, rack and reducer work as one motion system. Their selection follows the bed size and required positioning performance.

Chiller capacity, electrical cabinet and connected load are matched to the chosen laser source and destination power supply.

Gas type, purity, pressure, filtration and flow are defined from the material and edge-quality target.

A welded bed supports the sheet and moving gantry. Slat layout, extraction and access are coordinated with loading and maintenance.

Optional items are quoted separately after engineering review. They are not all included as standard equipment.
Review loading space, table transfer and extraction layout for an optional exchange-table configuration.
Size the extraction system for the cutting process, enclosure layout and site installation.
Compressor, dryer and filters can be specified for a suitable compressed-air cutting process.
Review the local voltage, frequency and supply stability before selecting auxiliary electrical equipment.
Select a different bed size or source power after reviewing sheet dimensions, thickness and output.
Discuss guarding, access doors, viewing arrangements and extraction as one engineered configuration.

Sheet components for enclosures, panels and ventilation equipment.

Profiles, brackets and nested sheet components for everyday fabrication.

Stainless-steel panels, fittings and furniture components.
Define the machine around the actual material, loading arrangement, utilities and production target.
Discuss installation guidance, operator training and remote technical support as part of the supply scope.
Confirm consumables, maintenance requirements and spare-parts support for the selected component package.
Review packing, destination and EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms in the project quotation.
Specify guarding and destination compliance requirements before ordering. Certification is confirmed for the supplied configuration.
A printable checklist in your selected language. Final specifications are confirmed in your quotation.
Download Configuration ChecklistIt uses a partial protective enclosure while preserving selected access to the sheet and machine. Panel height, openings, extraction and operating access are defined by the project.
This page covers a custom configuration in the FY-LCM01 family. The final model designation, enclosure design and supply availability are confirmed after engineering review.
Protection depends on the complete design. A partial enclosure must not be treated as equivalent to a fully enclosed laser-safe system. Access control and other protective measures remain part of the installation review.
Panels alone do not remove fumes. Extraction airflow, capture points, filtration and the workshop installation must be designed around the actual cutting process.
Share your sheet dimensions, loading route and available space. FYXFER can review the access concept and quote a feasible configuration after engineering confirmation.
Share your material, thickness, sheet size and daily output. We will review the cutting process and recommend a machine configuration.
