Designed Around Your Workflow

01

Full protective enclosure

A defined cutting zone supports a coordinated guarding and access arrangement for industrial use.

02

Cleaner process layout

Combine the cover with suitable extraction to manage cutting fumes and dust at the source.

03

Production-oriented handling

Review the exchange table, protective doors and maintenance space with the final machine layout.

Door interlocks, observation-window protection and destination compliance are specified for the ordered configuration. Automatic doors are not assumed to be standard.

Technical Specifications

These are configuration references, not one universal specification. Laser power, bed size, components and utilities must be matched in the final proposal. Exact speed, accuracy, weight and shipping dimensions are confirmed for the selected machine.

Inside the Machine

Photographs show available platform components and configuration examples. The final component list is specified in your quotation.

Laser Source — Factory configuration example; appearance varies by specification

Laser Source

Choose the source around the material, thickness, reflective-metal requirements and production target. Brand and power are specified together.

Laser Cutting Head — Factory configuration example; appearance varies by specification

Laser Cutting Head

The focusing head and height control are matched to laser power, assist gas and the intended cutting process.

CNC Control System — Factory configuration example; appearance varies by specification

CNC Control System

A CNC control package coordinates the cutting path, motion and process settings. Confirm software and controller compatibility in the proposal.

Servo, Guide Rail & Rack — Factory configuration example; appearance varies by specification

Servo, Guide Rail & Rack

The servo drive, guides, rack and reducer work as one motion system. Their selection follows the bed size and required positioning performance.

Cooling & Electrical Systems

Chiller capacity, electrical cabinet and connected load are matched to the chosen laser source and destination power supply.

Gas & Pneumatic System

Gas type, purity, pressure, filtration and flow are defined from the material and edge-quality target.

Machine Bed — Factory configuration example; appearance varies by specification

Machine Bed

A welded bed supports the sheet and moving gantry. Slat layout, extraction and access are coordinated with loading and maintenance.

Optional Configurations

Optional items are quoted separately after engineering review. They are not all included as standard equipment.

Exchange Table

Review loading space, table transfer and extraction layout for an optional exchange-table configuration.

Dust & Fume Extraction

Size the extraction system for the cutting process, enclosure layout and site installation.

Air Compressor & Air Preparation

Compressor, dryer and filters can be specified for a suitable compressed-air cutting process.

Voltage Adaptation & Stabilizer

Review the local voltage, frequency and supply stability before selecting auxiliary electrical equipment.

Working Area & Laser Power

Select a different bed size or source power after reviewing sheet dimensions, thickness and output.

How to compare fully enclosed laser cutter quotations

Compare the same material, part drawing and acceptance requirements before comparing prices. Two fully enclosed laser cutters with the same stated laser power may have different working areas, component packages, loading arrangements and installation requirements. For FY-LCM01-C, use the written quotation to identify the equipment included and the options priced separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between open and fully enclosed machines?

An open machine prioritizes direct sheet access. A fully enclosed design defines a protected cutting zone and coordinates doors, viewing arrangements and extraction. The correct choice depends on the process and site requirements.

Does the machine include an exchange table?

Local FY-LCM01-C configurations include full-cover and exchange-table arrangements. The exact table layout and included equipment must be stated in the quotation; do not assume every configuration is identical.

Is the machine CE certified?

Destination compliance and documentation must be confirmed for the ordered machine. A full enclosure alone is not evidence of certification. Tell FYXFER your destination and required conformity documents.

Are automatic doors, tube cutting or bevel cutting included?

These are not assumed to be standard. Tell us which functions you need so compatibility, machine layout and supply availability can be assessed separately.

Do I need an air compressor?

That depends on the cutting gas and pneumatic equipment. For compressed-air cutting, compressor capacity, drying and filtration must match the process. Nitrogen or oxygen cutting has different supply requirements.

What should I check in a laser-cut sample before ordering?

Agree a trial using the material grade, thickness and part drawing that represent your production. Define the acceptance criteria before the trial, then review:

  1. Material and settings: record the material, thickness, laser source and power, assist gas and relevant process settings with the sample.
  2. Part quality: check critical dimensions, holes and contours, edge finish, dross and any required secondary finishing against the agreed drawing.
  3. Repeatability: agree how many parts to inspect and which measurements to record; one attractive sample does not demonstrate consistent batch production.
  4. Job time: record cutting and piercing time separately from loading, table movement, unloading and any finishing included in the production target.

Confirm whether the trial uses the proposed machine configuration or a reference setup, and document any differences before accepting the result. Trial conditions and acceptance limits are agreed for the project; they are not universal FY-LCM01-C performance guarantees.

How should I estimate output for my parts?

Estimate output from the complete production cycle for a representative sheet or batch. Include loading, positioning, piercing, cutting, any table transfer, unloading and required finishing. State which operations can overlap in the proposed layout. Compare quotations using the same drawing, material, thickness and finished-part requirements; laser power or maximum travel speed alone does not define parts per shift.
